- Are you taking applications now?
- Not formally. The bench is full and we add headcount slowly. We're happy to keep a note on file so we can reach out when the work calls for your shape of expertise.
- What disciplines do you usually hire into?
- Engineering (backend, platform, mobile, real-time), design (product, brand, design engineering), and applied AI research. Strategy and operations roles are rare and always senior.
- Do you work with juniors or contractors?
- No. Every contributor on every engagement is senior and on the bench. We don't run staff augmentation, and we don't put juniors on partner code.
- Remote or in-person?
- Remote-first, with quarterly in-person weeks. Most partners work from EU and North American time zones; we coordinate around partner overlap rather than around an office.
